Privacy policy
The short version: we collect only what you send us, we use it only to talk to you, and we don't sell it, track you around the web, or spam you. The details follow.
Effective 2026-07-03
What we collect
If you submit the Book-a-call form, we receive what you type: your name, company, email, phone number, and message. That's the only personal information this site collects directly, and only when you choose to send it.
For site analytics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and privacy-first: it gives us aggregate page counts without tracking you across sites, building a profile of you, or storing identifiers in your browser.
What we do with it
We use your form submission for exactly one thing: responding to your inquiry and, if you become a client, running the engagement. We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.
Who processes it
Form submissions are relayed to our inbox by Web3Forms (a form-to-email service) and handled in our email. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and analytics run on Cloudflare Web Analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms; none of them is permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies. There's no ad pixel, no cross-site tracker, and nothing that needs a cookie banner.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as the conversation or engagement is live, and reasonable business records after that. If you want your information corrected or deleted, one email does it.
Client data
If we build and run AI agents for you, the data those systems touch is governed by your service agreement, not this page — including isolation of your data from other clients', and compliance handling (consent, opt-outs, quiet hours) inside the engagement.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email [email protected] and we'll act on it promptly. If you're in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (GDPR, CCPA, and similar), those rights apply and the same email is the way to exercise them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
